Estimate your project
Five questions. The range updates as you answer.
Typical investment
$XX–$XX
A range from our published cost drivers, not a quote. Discovery turns it into a fixed estimate.
Or talk it through: book an architecture review →What drives the cost
The same six factors behind every estimate we give.
- 01IntegrationsEach system connected (ERP, PIM, OMS, POS, CRM) adds design, build, testing and monitoring.
- 02Catalogue and dataSKU count, variants, customer-specific pricing and how clean the data is to migrate.
- 03MarketsEach extra currency, language or tax regime adds configuration, content and testing.
- 04DesignBuilding on an existing design system costs less than designing from scratch.
- 05MigrationMoving orders, customers and URLs from an old platform without losing revenue or rankings.
- 06TimelineA fixed launch date can mean a larger team working in parallel.

Are we the right team?
An honest answer saves us both a call. Three questions, or read the lists.
We're a good fit if
- You've outgrown an off-the-shelf store and need a custom or headless platform
- Your store has to talk to an ERP, PIM, OMS or POS
- You're planning a replatform and can't afford to lose revenue or rankings
- You want to own your code and choose who works on it
A better fit elsewhere if
- You need a standard theme store launched in a few weeks
- You're looking for the lowest hourly rate
- You need a marketing or ads agency
- You want design only, without engineering
Pricing questions
Why publish prices?
So you can tell in a minute whether we're in your range, before anyone books a call. Most agencies don't; we think it saves both sides time.
Is the estimator a quote?
No. It's a range from the same cost drivers we use internally. Paid discovery turns it into a fixed estimate you can take anywhere.
What changes the price most?
Integrations and data. Connecting an ERP well, and moving years of orders and customers without losing revenue, is where the engineering goes.
How do payments work?
Discovery is paid upfront; its fee is fixed. Programs are billed by milestone, after you sign off each stage. Teams and managed services are billed monthly in advance.
Book an architecture review
A 60-minute session with a senior architect. We review your current platform, integrations and growth plans, then send a written summary of risks and options.
- For companies with a real platform decision coming up
- NDA signed before we talk details
- The written summary is yours to keep
